State of the Auto Industry East London: Sector Growth & Competitiveness
17 March 2020The East Cape Automotive Industry Forum (ECAIF), in collaboration with the South African Automotive Benchmark Club (SAABC), welcomed senior management of the East London automotive industry to the 2020 State of the Automotive Industry session, hosted by Action Bolt.
This session showcased the competitiveness positioning of the local automotive industry, key localisation opportunities and highlighted global and local trends impacting and affecting the sector that inform strategic decision-making for the year ahead.
In addition, the session included a presentation and study tour from our hosts, Action Bolt, who showcased lean solutions for operating in low volume environments of constant change. The programme is designed to equip participants with the necessary tools to improve flexibility and their competitiveness positioning.
